Hire Autism welcomes its spring navigator cohort of nine talented volunteers. Congratulations to Joseph Clark, Christine Carey, Zayd Khoury, Michael Baum, Paula Moore, Cei Wendland, Kiera Bevilacqua, Aline Jesus Rafi, and Janet Wolan!
These new navigators will offer invaluable support in refining resumes, crafting compelling cover letters, honing interview skills, and building confidence for job seekers. While they come from various personal and professional backgrounds, each is passionate about helping autistic individuals secure meaningful employment.
Brandon, a previous job seeker, said this about his experience working with a navigator: “Working with Hire Autism has been a transformative journey for me. My navigator’s patience and dedication were instrumental in helping me explore and understand my professional identity. She guided me through weeks of self-reflection, enabling me to clearly define my leadership style. Today, I am more confident in my interviewing skills than ever before.”
Are you or someone you know interested in mentoring autistic job seekers? Apply for our October 2025 navigator cohort. Applications will be accepted until Monday, September 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
