OAR is excited to welcome our first navigator cohort of 2022, the largest cohort to date. This group comprises 18 volunteers from a variety of professional backgrounds and positions, including journalists, data engineers, chiefs of operations, organization vice presidents, employment counselors, hiring specialists, and occupational therapists.
OAR is thrilled to have them join the Hire Autism navigator team to help to improve employment opportunities for autistic individuals. They are:

Navigators use their personal and professional experience to help autistic jobseekers navigate the job search process. Navigators provide jobseekers with one-on-one assistance with updating resumes and cover letters, preparing for interviews, searching for job opportunities, and more.
