As 2025 draws to a close, OAR welcomes six talented volunteers joining Hire Autism as navigators. Congratulations to Ariel Coburn, Bettina Hoffman, Danielle Johnson, Marie Johnson, Lauren Marder, and Jip Woudstra!
These volunteers work as special education assistant, senior recruiter, technical recruiter, accounting firm partner, neurodivergence coach/talent management consultant, and behavior support specialist, with a wide range of personal backgrounds. They bring both professional and personal experience to the consulting they do with Hire Autism job seekers.
Navigators help job seekers refine their resumes and cover letters and polish their interview skills. A recent job seeker, Christine L., “was very impressed that there was this organization to help us autistic people with job help. I had an amazing navigator who took great time and energy helping me with my resume. Thank you very much for all the work you do!”
