OAR is sad to report that Keith B. Myles, PhD, president and co-founder of AAPC Publishing, died June 19, 2017, at the age of 79, from complications of pulmonary fibrosis.
“Keith’s willingness to store and ship our ‘Life Journey through Autism’ guidebooks for almost 10 years played an important supporting role in helping us fulfill our mission to disseminate new and useful information,” notes Mike Maloney, OAR’s executive director.
AAPC Publishing has grown to become a leading publisher of autism-related resources, including books, CDs, DVDs, and other resources, many of which have been translated into other languages and sold throughout the world. Brenda Smith Myles, Ph.D., a member of OAR’s Scientific Council, has joined the company as president following Keith Myles’ passing.
