Update your address book with our new location: Colonial Place at Courthouse Metro, 2111 Wilson Blvd., Suite 401, Arlington, VA 22201. Colonial Place was OAR’s first home when it began back in 2001. Much has changed since then, and the building now boasts a state-of-the-art gym facility, tenant lounge, and convenient Corner Bakery on the first floor for all of its business tenants. The staff is looking forward to the new site and change in scenery.
“We were looking for a new office that would offer our employees an inviting, high quality workspace and amenities that met their individual interests,” says Mike Maloney, OAR’s executive director. “This new office does that. We’re looking forward to welcoming guests to this bright, attractive space. Who says you can’t go home again? We are delighted by this return to where we started.”
The new office will be 3,091 square feet and feature a conference room with excellent views and a lot of natural light for staff and guests to enjoy. Check out next month’s issue for more information and pictures.
