OARacle Newsletter

OAR welcomed 12 talented volunteers to navigator training in the new year. Hire Autism navigators prepare job seekers for their job search and hone interview skills, instilling confidence and readiness.

Please congratulate Reyna Ahuja, Ebony Beckford, Mateo Ewell, Lesley Hausmann, Maria Latorre, Rachel LeBar, Adwoa Levin, Noelle Lewis, Coreece Lopez, Chelsea Maldonado, Valbona Olfat, and Quinn Oteman.

These volunteers bring a range of experience and expertise, with titles like senior talent acquisition partner, senior financial analyst, medical scribe, talent planning manager, director of supply chain and purchasing, health services coordinator, child welfare researcher, and customer service and sales associate.

Navigators play a vital role in equipping job seekers with the tools necessary to prepare them for the job search and meet their employment goals. Brandon C., a former job seeker, said, “Working with Hire Autism has been a transformative journey for me. My navigator’s patience and dedication were instrumental in helping me understand my professional identity. Today, I am more confident in my interviewing skills than ever before.”
