OAR’s Hire Autism program has recently partnered with three organizations to improve employment opportunities for autistic adults and support them as they search for jobs.

Getting Hired is a job board dedicated to providing employment opportunities to job seekers with disabilities and other diversities. This job board is for both remote and in-person roles across all industries. Getting Hired also offers webinars, job fairs, and hiring events for neurodiverse job seekers.

Hire Autism’s partnership with Getting Hired enables Hire Autism to provide access to even more inclusive job opportunities, give additional resources to volunteers, and collaborate on neurodiversity-focused events.

Pawsability is a nonprofit dog daycare in Brooklyn, N.Y., that aims to help autistic individuals through immersion programs, job training, and employment opportunities. Hire Autism is happy to offer their graduates the opportunity to work with a Hire Autism mentor to support their job search.

The ENDependence Center of Northern of Virginia’s Ready to Achieve Mentoring Program (RAMP) is a career-focused mentoring program for students with disabilities between the ages of 14 and 21. Since a job seeker must be 18 or older to work with a Hire Autism mentor, the Hire Autism team is excited to recommend RAMP to those under 18 years old and provide mentors to job seekers who complete RAMP.
