As a new addition to OAR, you’ll get to work alongside colleagues that each leverage their passion, skills, and expertise to help promote OAR’s impact and reach. All staff members also have the opportunity to travel across the nation to meet with OAR partners for fundraising events and autism conferences.

Open Positions

We are hiring! OAR is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual with strong communication and organizational skills to fill our Hire Autism Associate position. The full job description is listed on Idealist.org. Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required. Application deadline: April 30, 2021.

 
General Information

Full-time staff members are exempt (salaried) employees. We offer healthcare coverage and dental and vision plans. Employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan after six months of employment. We also offer paid parking or an equal amount of credit on a Metrofare card. Employees earn 12 days vacation and 12 days sick leave annually. Employees have the option of a hybrid telework-office schedule post-COVID.
