As a new addition to OAR, you’ll get to work alongside colleagues that each leverage their passion, skills, and expertise to help promote OAR’s impact and reach. All staff members also have the opportunity to travel across the nation to meet with OAR partners for fundraising events and autism conferences.

We are hiring! OAR is seeking an energetic, self-driven individual with strong communication and organizational skills to fill its Programs and Outreach Associate position.

General Information

Full-time staff members are exempt (salaried) employees. We provide full healthcare coverage and basic dental and vision plans. Employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan after six months employment. We also offer paid parking or an equal amount of credit on a Metrofare card. Employees earn 12 days vacation and 12 days sick leave annually.
