Ed Schwallie is one of the founders of OAR.  Ed had a long and wonderful career in Financial and Operational Management Consulting. He built up the Latin American Practice before taking on the key role of CFO for Booz Allen and Hamilton, where he spent the majority of his career.

He has been retired for over 20 years. The 20 years has allowed Ed to give back to support the causes and needs of those on the autism spectrum along with others with developmental issues. Ed has served on many boards including Eden Autism (formerly named Eden Family of Services) and Our House (NJ group homes for those with developmental needs). His knowledge of autism and finance have given him the ability to support the boards on multiple levels as well as start a foundation with the main purpose of helping those in need. Ed started the OAR Schwallie Family Scholarship as just one of the many gifts he continues to contribute.

Ed has a BA from John Carroll University, and an MBA from Case Western Reserve both in Cleveland, Ohio. Ed resides in Manasquan, NJ with his wife Marge and near three of his adult children residing in NJ; the other three adult children are out west.  Ed has 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Ed is the father to two sons on the spectrum, one living with Asperger’s who lives and works independently, and the other living in a group home at Eden Autism and who works with supervision at the Hyatt.
