We can all agree that last year was a bit hectic, to say the least. COVID-19 caused us to adapt to a new way of living and working and changed many aspects of daily life. Despite these changes, at OAR we were able to witness something truly remarkable, the inherent resiliency of our job seekers. We know it was not easy working through and processing everything that happened in 2020, but we believe it speaks volumes about our job seekers’ inner strength, courage, and ability to persevere. All of which will continue to serve them as they set out on their 2021 job search journey.
As we look forward to a brand new year, one filled with an abundance of opportunities, we know our job seekers will continue to impress us as they strive toward their goals. We know that each job seeker is capable of accomplishing so much already, but Hire Autism is always here in case they are in need of a little extra assistance. In addition to the one-on-one resume/cover letter and interview support and job-related resources we already provide, we have some exciting new additions to the program on the horizon including, one-on-one career coaching for job seekers, new interview resources and videos, and additional employer training content.
We have some ambitious goals for Hire Autism in 2021, and hope that you will help us make it our best year yet!
